there are many places to start. go to your users manual, yes you have to. sorry.LOL....... go through the checklist of items and check thourgholy. make sure you are using fresh gas and that the bolts are not to tight on the rear axle causing the tire to stick. a new plug is a good idea also. anyways , start there.
