Electric is the funnest thing any one can take on.....
Belive it or not Electric's are not that hard to make or mod!
I dont recomend riding around the block, but they wont hear you if it is electric. YouTube - practice
things you should look for
36-48volts, 36-48v motor500-1000watts
If it is 48volts, great!
If it is over 500watts Even better!
