Exclamation Can someone help me with my Item??

Hi, about a week ago I ordered a C1 pull start from RiverCityPocketBikes.ca using a confirmed canadian bank account with paypal, I was deducted $27.18 CAD, and I also have the reciept and the Electronic receipt from rivercitypocketbikes and paypal, but somehow they said that im not confirmed yet this is kind of my first time buying online with Paypal, i checked my bank balance and i was deducted the amount i paid for the C1 pull start. After about a week it still hasnt been confirmed as what the dealer told me. Payment said that it went to reciepitant vern_stevens@hotmail.com I tried emailing him for details but i keep getting this postmaster error and couldnt send the email. Well just wondering if anyone here have experienced this problem when buying online, and if so can someone help me??
