 mmmm gallery
OK Folks, you asked for it, and I'm giving it to you.
Now you don't even need to leave pocketbikeforum to have your own gallery. It's all right here and available right now without leaving the site and without having to log in again.
Some of you may have noticed the slight changes that I've made already to integrate the gallery into the forum. There is a link near the top on what is called the navbar and a link on your profile page. There is also a link in what is called the postbit area which is where you see the username, title, number of posts, location etc.
So what does this gallery mean? Well for now I am only using the free version of the gallery to test it out. If users like this better than pocketbikepics then I'll scrap pocketbikepics and get everyone to move their galleries here and update to the full version of the gallery which offers more features.
What does this gallery support? For now it supports GIF, JPG, and PNG images. Future versions will support video but there no one has really uploaded any video to pocketbikepics other than me so I don't see that as an issue.
What are the limitations? For now files are limited to a maximum of 128kb in size. This can be increased in the future if it is needed. Users are also limited to 100 files for now, again this can be increased if needed.
For now enjoy and happy uploading. If you want to move your galleries over now I see no problems with that. |
