Not at all, as you can see in the pics its only secured there by a cable tie and has stayed there ever since I re-located it. Seen a few races and spills and never came loose. My frame is a little different than yours so it was easy for me to pass the cable tie and hose threw the frame. I used an automotive heater core hose that already had the correct bend in it that I needed. Doesnt get in the way at all when riding or when servicing the bike. I can turn my bars without them hitting the bottle, the fairings come on and off easily with out it being in the way and I can remove the cap without it hitting the visor. It looks a little funny mounted on the side like that, but belive me you forget real quick that its even there.
