Unfortunately, it looks like they will not be posting a list. This is the reply I received.
"Sorry for the delay in my response I have been very busy over the past week as racing season started this weekend for us. Anyway as a club we have decided that at this time we will not be posting the pre-registered riders list, we do have quite a few riders already but as you know many people like to do things last minute, we do not want the list to deter people from attending. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you."

I can tell you that Lee Jr. and his teamate Eden are registered. Doug from our team is also supposed to be coming, but I am not sure if he has registered yet.
