If gas is coming out of the carb then you've got something (dirt) stuck in the needle. You'll need to take the carb off again and clean it again.
Make sure when you're cleaning it that you use carb cleaner and not just gasoline (the carb cleaner will strip the gum off the carb that gas leaves behind). |
