i see i have a funny bunch here, that is not what i wanted when i came here, every day it is work first then i get home talk to the wife a bit and then work on my thoughts i had for the day involving my EV's and how it could better them, with my own hands, i am true to my little hobby. 90% of what i do is hand made by me from scrap metal or 1/4" sheats of aluminum, i dont have fancy tools mostly hand tools and a 50amp Mig welder. what i make makes me proud cous it is by far one of a kind for now, no one has taken a razor where i have, they think it is a toy couse how small it is. Me, i feal that the razor is like riding on a R.C. car couse it is so small and how near the ground you feal on it.....


i am here to help any one that need it, i have a lot of time in already. My mid-Pocketbike project over winter will show all of you who have spare cag or a cateye bike, my bike will be a MK44(c2 frame,watercooled bike), yes it is fast as a gas bike but when i get totaly don with a Brigs E-tech as the final motor it will do 90+mph and will be one of the fastest pocket bike of its size.
all the way thrue the biuld i will keep every one informed on what is that and how to do that pics and vids, think it is free and you learn somthing too....

all i ask is that my threads stay clean and on topic, i am not a kid here i am here to help people not joke around, it is not worth the space on the thread.

today i have made my mind up that i will take the RazorPB200 to 60volts whith a 1500watt(4500rpm) motor, geared to 28t/55t, i think it will have to be on a track when i open it up the first time, speed should be well over 60mph

this will be the first time i will have to wear full racing gear to protect me incase the rear tire blows up at that speed(i trust it can take up to 45mph no higher!)

total cost:$457
80$ controler 60v100amp
20$ wire 8ga
8$ gorilla TAPE
90$ 1200w48v motor(ran at 60volts it will turn into 1500w)
9$ 28t gear
100$ 12v12ah gellcells (5 total)
150$ DoanerBike(stock from the box RazorPB200)

i may gear it aftr i get it up to 60mph back down to 30-40mph, take off speed will be cut 1/3 off what it does now.

i expect it to hit 60mph at abot 10 seconds
with the 1500w motor(28/65t)

then gear it back to 15/65t this should make it 35mph in 4-5 seconds, that is way faster then a cag or a cateye even a lot of mid to super baikes could not get that get that fast in that amount of time
