Listening to the audio on that clip, sounds to me like your clutch is coming in way way too early - set it for 8000 rpm & your bike will take off twice as fast.
All your acceleration from standstill is 'off the pipe', its not hitting the powerband until you're 50 yards down the line... now I dont know much about drag racing as we're circuit racers, but if you drag bike that as it is, I'd guess you're losing out a lot to anyone with a correctly adjusted clutch...
no criticism intended, just trying to help
Phil

dont let this guy fool you. Sure he can slap a couple electronics onto a chinese pocketbike he he sure as hell cant ride. He doesnt wear equipment, cant drag knee, and rides around on the sidewalks. Jared, you will whoop his ass all day

i dont see the point of bashing this guy. he has done quite a bit with his electric bike. who cares if he cant take turns going fast, and if he gets hurt cause he isnt wearing gear its his problem. im not condoning riding in an unsafe mannar, but it isnt hurting any of us. i like drag racing just as much as i like road racing. its all about having the fastest machine and being able to handle it

i agree. my bike does 30mph and its stock. thats plenty fast enough to really hurt yourself. its one thing to advise someone to wear protective gear, but not to follow them around where ever they go and bash them. i have seen people bashing this guy on other sites also. i just dont see the point

slapping a couple electronics on a pocketbike aint a big deal. he hypes this up more then the Media. taking on a cag is easy, drag racing a pocketbike is in no need for skill.
