| Hi I'm new here Be nice to me | hi i am about to purchase an extreme xp-700. i have a plan and its to put in :a 48v controller, 20t/44t sprockets and a 12ah battery. any feed back onhow you think it is going to turn out or any tips about changing something round would be great. thanks kie07 |

| Pocketbike Master | good choice, that is a good EVbase package, look at 1200w motors too, you will thank me later, get a 18t25#sprocket with a 3/8" bore, you have to file down the motor shaft to 3/8" though.(easy)... there is a 35amp48volt and a 50amp48volt controlers on the market in the low cost range(less then 50$) if this is what your looking at get a 50amp one, the 35amo is too weak.... if you have cash to spend look at ALLTRax controlers, you will also find other controlers too 200-400amps is a great controler for the job but can cost 180-500$(us) these controlers are usaly computer programed,water resitant, can do a lott of work befor they even start to fry, also some have very good warrantys

| Pocketbike Master | also read my quick charger thread that will be on very soon, to help wire the bike more efficint and les wire mess, more race style than street.also will charge that bike in less then 1:30 hours(30amp12 voltAGP,leadAcid batery charger) glad to see this bro
