Default the bad news, and the bad news...

Chaps, dont go onto VisforVoltage for a while - its been hacked and I've just had to clean up my PC - Mcaffee blocked 3 trojans from the hacked site.

The front page & all forum headers are changed to 'hacked by whatever', its 2 scripts & a windows media exploit. Thought I'd better let you know.

Also, more bad news, I just spoke to Unite Motors, apparently they've stopped doing the 1200w, the largest MY1020 model is now 1000 watt. They didnt give a reason. Ah well, at least thats only 3 batteries to find room for, not four.

Cheers

Phil

It seems like you can safely look at the VisforVoltage site via a proxy such as AltaVista - Babel Fish Translation, telling it to translate chinese to english.

They have also set up a refuge forum on http: //autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/VRefuge/

They are working to restore backups as we speak.

Cheers

Phil

That was most likely done with the shoutbox hack, not that it really matters.

Webmasters/admins need to be on top of their software, this has been a known issue for a while now.
