Default Ex-Volt1500/Ex-Volt1500z In production now!

I have started to make production models of the Ex-Volt1500 a couple weeks ago, now i have 2 in stock and five on the way.
some basic specs:

Motor: 1500w max (2 hp of liner torque!)

Voltage: 48-60v @ 100-200amps

Size: small(micro bike) just smaller then a CAG

top speed: 35-60mph(depends on Gearing), The "Z" model will do over 65mph

Charge time:up to 2 hours stock, but down to 45 min with racing charger

Weight: 70-90lbs

Cost: about the price of China W/c pocket bike

Options: Faster charge time, Custom gear ratios and a Race package("z" bike)

this is not bull people, i have sold 3 standerd Ex-Volt1500's last week and i have 4 more in the works for cutomers.
This is not for my profit, i am making these to race for racers that dont have ther own shop.
You see there are not that many people that have gave it an optin on the track
couse there are not that many fast ones out there.
i am just making a level of bike others can buy that have no Idea how to make one.
YES THESE BIKES ARE FAST AND NEED GEAR FOR RIDING
many tracks already race elecric razors for the novice and yong at heart
So step up and get some POW'WA!

Vids will be posted as well as pics as soon as it stops snowing and drys a bit around here.
Give me at least 2 weeks to a month for that!
I cant wait for spring!

with my bikes going over 50mph now, i HAVE to think about SAFTY.

Default Day 4 pics

here are some pics of the bike befor welding, if you look at the pic you can see my new down tubes that are in place. i just have to weld them in and i can cut the stock down tube out.....

lol, see my 28tooth gear on my motor? she is the biggest i have in stock, i think she will make the bike do at least 60mph.....ya think?(i used an 18tooth for a top speed of just over 40mph)

also, i got my shipment of 36volt12amphour gell cells in today, lol i have enuff for 3 more bikes! the cool thing is they are the same size as (2) 12v12ah cells each, so i am getting an extra 12volts for the space of 24volts

i need as many racers to ride my bikes as i can have and find but first.....

Let me race this season, to get all the kinks out of the 1500Z bike and then when i have an extra race bike ready i will give ya a great deal $$$, may not even cost ya if all things go well... but if you race one of my bikes just keep me in the loop if any thing ever needs to be re-worked....ya know....oh ya spread the word at the tracks too..i am working real hard right now around here to see if i can get some race time in with other fast bikes to prove the idea and my bikes as well, but no one is at the tracks or they just wont return the call :(

i dont know how the shipping will be though may be costly to go up there...but i will look into it and keep ya informed

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

update (day 5)

bike needed to be reworked a bit, i had to move the lower frame a bit mor twords the front tire, i hope the frame wont rub at high speeds( .25-.375 of space left)....but now the bike is ready for fast cell pack swaps for just plain racing concepts, you see i wont charg the bike at the track. I will have maby 4-5 extra 48volt battery packs to just drop into the bike, that way if i am in a jam and have no time to spare i wont have to worry about charge times at all!

all you need to do is remove the lower faring and undo the retaining strap and disconect the battery from the bike, swap and back to racing...i have not done it yet but it should work out in less then 2-5 minutes if you in a hurry.

have you considered using a cag frame instead of the razor frame? seems to me that you would have more room to work with and more parts availability
