Default Ex-Volt1500/Ex-Volt1500z In production now!
I have started to make production models of the Ex-Volt1500 a couple weeks ago, now i have 2 in stock and five on the way.
some basic specs:

Motor: 1500w max (2 hp of liner torque!)

Voltage: 48-60v @ 100-200amps

Size: small(micro bike) just smaller then a CAG

top speed: 35-60mph(depends on Gearing), The "Z" model will do over 65mph

Charge time:up to 2 hours stock, but down to 45 min with racing charger

Weight: 70-90lbs

Cost: about the price of China W/c pocket bike

Options: Faster charge time, Custom gear ratios and a Race package("z" bike)

this is not bull people, i have sold 3 standerd Ex-Volt1500's last week and i have 4 more in the works for cutomers.
This is not for my profit, i am making these to race for racers that dont have ther own shop.
You see there are not that many people that have gave it an optin on the track
couse there are not that many fast ones out there.
i am just making a level of bike others can buy that have no Idea how to make one.
YES THESE BIKES ARE FAST AND NEED GEAR FOR RIDING
many tracks already race elecric razors for the novice and yong at heart
So step up and get some POW'WA!

Vids will be posted as well as pics as soon as it stops snowing and drys a bit around here.
Give me at least 2 weeks to a month for that!
I cant wait for spring!

that is an 18volt Minimoto good for 15mph...

the key switch is and should only be 2 wires, just cut and tape them then splice them together....

just remember to turn it off lol
hope this helps

all you will need is a 12volt automotive swich...the wire to the key swich is low voltage....oh ya if you do a switch solder the wires....

sorry if my rplys are short and to the point, but i somtimes over write things and people get confused a bit....

look into a new 24v controler and charger, if you have space to play with, get two 12volt12ampHour gell cells, the bike will run for about 2 hours with the stock motor!...the only gripe with this is you will have to gut the bike and re wire it for the new controler, but this is easy after you know what your doing...I will be posting a 36v swap vid on youtube for some one else soon so i will Pm you a link to that vid so it will help ya if need be, ok?
