Referral Program

This is simply going to be a beta test of the referral program. From today until the end of the month (Feb 28 at 11:59:59PM GMT-6) we'll give this a shot. If it works out well I'll extend it through March. If not, there are other referral programs I can use.

What do you get? You get $1 for every user that signs up and makes at least 5 "useful" posts.

How do you get paid? I'll send you the money once you've reached $20. In Canada this will be a check or money order, for other users it will probably be something like a money order.

How do you qualify for the program? You must have at least 20 posts before you start referring people.

How do you refer a user? You can get them to enter your username in the registration page or you can get the user to visit the following URL

# is your user number, so for instance I am user number one. pb x-treme is number 93. PM me and I'll be glad to send you your user number.

The one issue with this method is that it IS possible for the user to remove your name from the referral box. If they do this then you will NOT get credit for the user. However if you PM me their username and/or email address I will make sure you are credited as the person that referred them. In cases of conflict, all users will be denied the referral.

This is not a foolproof method by any means. So I'll be watching like a hawk to make sure no one is scamming. In addition if there is any suspicion of spam your account will be terminated immediately and you will be banned from the forum permanently. Do not damage our reputation just to make a few dollars.

So what is a "useful" post? This will be my discretion but it can't be a simple reply like "nice bike". The post has to have some meaning.

So why do this? Because like you, I want to see the forum grow.

I reserve the right not to pay anyone for any reasonable belief of fraud and/or spam.
Payments will be made in Canadian dollars. If you are not in Canada I will convert the payment into US funds for you.
This referral program is a means of paying you to be an independant agent. You understand that you are not an employee nor are you working for Worldwide Pocketbikes or any of it's properties and chattels.
