As the subject line says it, Blata in North America has decided to further develop their Elite 14 WRS model.

The new bike called Elite 14 WRR 50 has a 49.9 cc engine, with a completely redesigned head, bigger bore cylinder and forged piston made by WISECO, just to name a few changes...
