| well. i figured i would say hi and introduce myself. my name is scott and i am from jacksonville fl. im 25 and i am an aircraft mechanic/painter/pilot. i am all about anything with an engine. i have a 95 bmw m3 mostly stock for now and a 93 civic that is turbo'd with lots of brake upgrades and some suspension. i just got 2 new cags. one for me and one for the woman. i want to race mine, and i am thinking about making hers as fast as i can since there will be limitations in racing so there are some mods that wont be legal. well. here is a pic of both bikes. mine is the one with the decals ![]()

| i was reading the manual that came with my bike and saw that for break in they say run 20:1 and then once broken in run 50:1. is 50:1 ok. that seems like not enough oil to me.

| really? i guess i am used to weed eaters and things. i though the cag engines were pretty much chainsaw engines. i guess they are a little more refined than i thought. i cant wait to see how this thing runs with a better oil mix. right now it runs rough. but i am pretty sure it is due to being so much oil in the gas

| well I've noticed that the carbs on a pocket bike are much more sensitive then a weed eaters carb... I mean they have to be cleaned more. but anywho, I hope you have a good time on the forum and any question, don't hesitate to ask

| cool. i did finally get the engines through the break in cycle and ran 50:1 fuel/oil then got them all adjusted and they run great and are pretty fast. both top out right at 30mph. i am going to take a picture of my cylinder tonight and hopefully someone can tell me what the bore is for it. i was to do a big bore kit and high comp head. i already need more power. lol
