| Pocketbike Beginner | Hi I have recently just had a clutch problem and so i replaced the clutch. After replacing the clutch i started the bike up after some time but so much smoke just came out the back but it moved a little bit without me on it. And the other problem was when i stopped revving it it just died. the clutch is brand new and i have no idea how to adjust things. if possible can u provide pictures. it is a stock 3 shoe clutch and sometimes fuel comes out of the clear pipe down the bottom of the carb and when it stops after a while fuel starts leaking from and unknown location on the carb. thanks in advance |

| Administrator Friends call me God ;) | If you have multiple issues I suggest multiple posts, you're going to get better answers that way. As for the clutch, if it's stock then it's not adjustable (on most bikes). But I suspect that the clutch isn't the problem. You say you had "so much smoke" which makes me suspect that you have too much oil in the fuel/oil mixture. Again, "stopped revving it and it died" leads me to believe your fuel mixture is incorrect. As for the fuel leaking that could just be dirt in the needle. Take your carb off and clean it. Then reassemble and put in properly measured fuel/oil. You can't just guess with the fuel/oil mixture, and "close enough" isn't good enough. Get yourself something to measure with and take the time to measure exactly how much oil and fuel you are mixing together. |

| Pocketbike Beginner | ok thanks for your answer i followed what you said and it fixed the problem of leaking fuel but it lead to another, now this time as soon as i put fuel into the tank it started leaking out of the clear plastic pipe on the carb almost immediately and it would not stop, is this normal? |

| Administrator Friends call me God ;) | nope, not normal at all. When you say clear plastic pipe I assume you're not talking about the fuel line. If it's pouring out then you've still got an issue with your carb. Disassemble and clean and reassemble. The smallest piece of dirt can cause issues so you have to be careful. THere are a number of posts on how to clean your carb on the forum, I also believe that there is something posted in tutorials about it as well. |
