Danget! I am sooooooooo anxious to get my pocket bike! I ordered from west coast products and they ship with DHL??? WTFrick is DHL? Anyways they said it was to be at my house TODAY. It is now 9:00 so I checked my tracking number and the website says to call them because they were unable to ship it to the address ??? I mean I've never even heard of DHL and I am wondering why WCP doesn't ship via ups or fedex or something like that. Now I have to wait for tomorrow to call them and then I will probably have to wait another day for it to be shipped. Or even worse, they dropped it off at some location and I have to find time to drive to the neasest city to pick it up. Sorry to be so whiny but it feels good to vent to you guys cuz maby some of you have suffered from the same problem?

DLH is a shipping company ! A newer one for that matter . Have not had to deal with them yet , so could not tell u what is going on , BUT UNDERSTAND YOUR PAIN!

I think we all do one way or another,.....try waiting almost 3 MONTHS!!!!! I think i would have gone crazy if it was any longer!! but the bike is totaly worth the time i waited! thanks agin BigBone Sleeves, and Huckster!!!

DHL is a worldwide shipper, they're not that new as they were around when I worked at the post office (87-89), although they did some mergers a few years ago that made them a lot bigger and much more noticable.

They are reputable, so no worries there. At least they might handle your bike better than UPS or FedEx. I've seen those two companies deliver bikes that look like they go run over by their trucks before they delivered them.

when I ordered my first bike I had to call them/ or they called me... I don't remember, but I got my bike the same day. they had my mailing address and not my physical address. You might get lucky and it'll be there the same day.
