Well.. I have just been driving my pocket bike, and I was in my garage cleaning it. Then all of a sudden a cop comes by, and says it's illegal. He told me to drive in empty parking lots, but are those the only places I can drive?? If someone can give me some suggestions on where to ride, I would appriciate it, thanks!

any where that you have permission fromthe land owner....GET IT IN WRITING! verbal is nothing!

verbal agreements are legal. but its always better to get it in writing

...and then when the cops come and say "those bikes are illegal" and then say you can't be there, you say you have a verbal agreement then the cop talks to the land owner, and he says hes never talked to you in his life....and then your in SHIZIT

thats where whitnesses come into. i dont wanna get into Civil or Contract law here but i will gladly do it in MSN. moral of the story being is, where about do you live bligballa i will help you find a PB leuge.

I live in Canada, Ontario, Stoneycreek and it's a big city. Too many cops though, so can you help out. Also, what's the verbal agreement thing those guys are talking bout
