Hey man do me a favor , can you send the admin the prices you are charging because , he seems to think that we will be able to do what you've done and have peeps ride for 20 - 30 $ a day , don't think so but maybe you can give us some of your input ?
Remember thats everything insurances ( liability and track ) never mind all facilities , and the track building itself , what are your thoughts buddy?

I don't need a PM, obviously you haven't been paying attention to what i've been saying. Forgetting the cost of building the place, I said it's feasable to charge that price and come out slightly ahead.

This doesn't belong in this thread however, it belongs in the winnipeg track thread.

What i am trying to say to you is that insurance is already hard to come by let alone a free building or land , so lets be realistic , like come on man what are you aruging with me for , if your so good at all of this then set it up , really ! I thought the whole point of having formums was to share information with others who have the same interests.
Pocket bike forums are great for building our sport, so is supplying a place where pocket bike riders can get together and ride where it is safe and legal!
Not sure what the big deal is!

You did nothing wrong man , ( phatbikes ) ! Its between us Peg city boys here trying to get a track together without someone having to pull money out of there ass the whole season so that everyone can ride !

The problem is that some of us here seem to think that this will cost alot more than others . It is not the front cost , it is the costs to run it ie insurances and everything . But whatever Its being done wether i do it on my own or not ! just wanted some good input from some that are doing it now and have done it i am even in conversation with Blata Canada .

It is a place to share information, and always will be. Tracks are a great thing too, but obviously I have no idea what i"m doing so I've already quit. I wish him all the best in his endeavours.

No pissing match here. Sleeves wanted to win so I'm letting him. It's less work for me now and less money out of my pocket. You so badly want to run things yourself that you are just being confrontational.

I'm not saying anything about you trying to help anyone out with insurance. You're being overly defensive. In fact we're all here to help one another out whether it's for insurance, bike repairs or starting a track.

So instead of saying it is too much , go to grand prix and try and ride all day , you will be paying over 200. 00 to 300.00 in tickets , if what i found isn't cheep enough then go ride a go kart !
