that seems like a good price, but theese kids of bikes are refered to as "pit bikes" and actually loose alot of power off road. if price is wut u are looking at maybe consider an older bike or checking at yor local bike wrecker.also for a begginer or younger rider i would definetly go with a 4 stroke 2 strokes have a ton of power. maybe consider an 80cc bike 2 or 4 stroke, on most 80cc japaneese bikes u can put larger wheels on.
