Default help please

ok i recently just got a 49cc dirt pocket bike, i have no problem starting it.But when i ride it, the handle bars vibrate alot. and i cant go too fast on it. it says its max speed is 60 km/h. can anybody tell me if its the engine? im not sure if mixed the fuel right or wrong...and its new. im wondering if its in a break in period. Please help me

maybe you could try adding some soft stuff to the handle bars a little..like take them off and wrap the join in foam and tape up?...just a suggestion

if not they it's either the jetting is wrong, air leak or every bolt has been over tightened....wouldn't be a surprise!

Make sure the bike is straight. And i know my buddy had a clutch issue that made his shake. Make sure all is tight and chain is aligned.
