Right before the carpool lane starts in Redwood City, traffic started building and didn't get resolved until near Highway 85. So I exited Lawrence Expressway and grabbed dinner to let traffic ease. I'm not really seeing much of an impact or improvement with the signals. "... My commute Tuesday night from Woodside Road to San Antonio Road was better.
