Are you experiencing fuel coming out of the overflow line? When you cleaned the carb did you also remove the float bowl and check to make sure the float isn't full of gas and that the float forks are also clean?

ok forget about the carb and try re-gapping the ignition. it if the gap is to big "even a tiny bit to bit" the ignition will miss fire and cause the bike to stall at mid to high speeds the gap is around the size of a buissness card

Maybe the spark plug BUT...

I suggest ensuring your float (the tube or 2 hollow floats) don't have any gas in them as that will weight down the float and trick your engine into thinking it doesn't have enough gas, thus the overflow which bogs the engine and will cause stalls...

Worth it tho too to check the spark plug gap as without that firing up you won't have any luck...

Cheers! Good luck!

ok one problem I can see in that picture is that your fuel valve is in the off position....try putting that straight in the air so it looks like this " | " insead of "-"...make the white valve thingy go straight up

also make sure when you re-built your carb that that little pin thing is attached to the float arm or you won't get any fuel in the carb
