Help With Used X1 Bike - PocketBikeForum.com

Hey, I just got a used X1 pocket bike from my neighbor who told me that her son said that the clutch was broke. So I have been doing some research and I know nothing about engines, so wanted to know what the first thing I should do is to figure out if anything is actually wrong with the bike. I don't think it has been run in a while and I haven't tried to start it yet.
