Default speed restrictors

I just bought this pocket bike and it still has the speed restrictors on it.it's only hitting about 18mph how do i take off the speed restrictors?

Are you sure it's got a speed restrictor or is it just that slow?

Any pictures of the bike?

it's an X bike so it does have a restrictor... i'd have to look at the one in the garage to remember how it works, but they won't go much faster anyways

still its better then wat its running at now, theres a lil gold screw above the carby it goes on to the throttle cable bit i took it out it seems to go a lil faster but it overheats really quick within 10 min of easy riding,wat do think the problem is?
