I'd suggest taking a close look at the reed block. Sometimes the ruber sealing ring around the two rectangular openings comes unglued. I have personally gone through 2, and the symptoms are the same with a general lack of power.

OK, so here's where I'm at ... swapped a bunch of parts with known good ones : Carb, Reed Block, Coil, Fuel Lines, Spark Plugs ... still no go. At least I got it running for a few minutes, but then it just died. We took it to a "great repair shop" yesterday. Needless to say, we came back home with the bike still not running and a broke starter. The other two we have run great. WTF !! Is it possible the we just got a dud engine ??

perhaps your rocket key broke, it happened to me, so check and see where your piston is when the magnets on your glywheel line up with the magneto. The piston should be at top dead center

Well ... found the problem ... the piston and rings are scorn bad ... my buddy said it got really hot, so I'm assuming that's what happened. Looks like a good time to order a big bore kit ... thanks for all your help.
