Default Pull start problem

My pull start is getting really annoying, it's even harder to pull the cord than when it was new and during the break in period. I have not ridden the bike for around 2-3 weeks. Is there something I can do to fix this? Can I install an electric start for it somehow? =/

Does anyone know the cause of the problem? The cord is very hard to pull. At least 3 times harder than when it was brand new. The bike has past its break in period.

personally i would pull it apart , and check . All a part of being a pro.......
sounds to me that maybe your coil maybe rubbing the fly wheel or something internal. go over it all . I have done it hundreds of times on a cag , and soon again .

best way to check flywheel and coil is to pull off the black starter case and see if it is rubbing the metal teeth on the coil against the round( fin) flywheel.

what do ya mean
when you pull off black pull starter you will see a round thing with fins , on the top portion , of the starter area there is a coil . Two metal prongs come out of either side of it pointing directly at the side of the flywheel . THATS YOUR COIL , THE THING THAT MAKES ENERGY TO CREATE A SPARK FOR YOUR PLUG!!!
The space between the metal teeth and the flywheel should be the thinkness of a business card .
to see if it is sticking to the side of the flywheel , just turn it with cover off.
if there is no prob then step 2see if your engine is even being lubricated buy any oil / fuel mix , clean carb !
is it easier to start on the stand ?
if none of the above i may consider popping that thing open !
Oh check the starter , see if the rope is being guided in the right area!
