Ok so i have this old bmx and this kid wants to trade my bmx for his pocket bike. So i was like meh alright so i went to loo kat it and so far he's missing to back nuts for the rear tire. he's missing a pull chord and a air filter. He says thats the reason why its not running. So do you guys think i can get this thing running or what?

bring it to Montreal to karting 500 on hochelaga and they can fix it up for pretty cheap only a 2 hour drive plus you can race monday nights on a indoor track fun times.
