Default bike takes forever to accelerate

i have a zokata pocket bike and it takes for ever to accelerate
do i need a new clutch ?
if so how hard is it to replace ?
and are these bikes any good ?

Does the engine speed up, but the bike goes nowhere? If the clutch is slipping, it could be one of two things: a spring has broken, or the shoes have glazed over. If you have been cruising around at part throttle, that can happen. Pull off the clutch housing, and give a very light sanding to the clutch pads and the inside of the bell.
