New bike won't start - PocketBikeForum.com

A friend of mine gave me a pocket bike. I don't know anything about 2 stroke engines. I know it is a 49cc engine. But it won't start. I have concluded that it's not getting any gas. And yes it does have gas in it, but it isn't flowing. Any suggestions on how i can fix it?

the fuel shut off switch
in behind it there are o rings and with the constant turning on and off of the fuel
tends to wear them or misalign them , take the switch off and put them
back in to place and leave he switch in the on position all the time

that would be my guess as i had the same problems with both my bikes
