Default i need to know how to make the bike slower

is there any parts you can buy like a govener ? or a throttle stop
i need to make them slower for my kids

any help

what kind of pocket bike?
if a 49cc, put a small washer inside the top of the carb so that the slide cant go open as far.

I fit 3 washers above the slide on Brent's kids' cag to try to restrict it. It really didn't do a whole lot. I'd estimate it took off 15%.

I haven't tried it, but I would suggest sliding a length of fuel line over the throttle cable on top of the slide. You can experiment with what works from that approach. It was a PITA to keep the stack of washers lined up while screwing the top of the carb back on.
