Default leaking

well I got my bike running and so i seemed to have fixed the throttle and carb problem. But now i have yet another problem. when the bike is running everything is fine but when i shut it off and turn of the gas switch the gas seems to be leaking from the carb and keeps coming out of the overflow pipe also. does anybody know why it would be doing this and how to fix it?

Thanks

float bowl is sticking open , when you put it back together did u make sure float bowl needle was installed properly? i used to in the past , if it happened to me , after riding , and bike turned off , lift the rear end of bike and let bounce down on rear tire , if it stops then you have float bowl issues !
