Angry dont know wut it could be..it was running fine

alright.. i have a 49cc cheap bike i bought from sum guy that imports from china..ya ya i know u get wut u pay for, but for about 1 year its been running amazingly, i crashed about 3 times i managed to always fix it,took my bike apart at least 5 times, so i basically know eveyrthign and where stuff should go(just a background check) now that spring started i decided to re fix it, just before the winter the tube conecting to teh filter to the carb was messed and thats it, i fixed it, stole 1 off my budies :P, and then it worked fine , then i noticed it would start to leak alott like the whole tank,so i assumed the carberator was flooded so i let it dry it self out for about 3 days and then it worked, now for sum odd reason when i give it gass i can only give about half way and it sounds very different teh engine and when i exceed over half way it just shuts off.. any recomendations other then tossing it away

how are your gaskets since breaking it down so many times ?
Sounds as if the float bowl may be sticking open too! look in that area first !
