Default x8 wiring rediculousness

soooooo i got this bike a couple days ago. From what ive researched on the internet thusfar its a 110cc x8. ive been trying to get it to crank under its own power but the wiring is pretty hellacious.. i have 2 main problems right now that i cant really figure out, I cant even find any diagrams or anything to help my situation.

Problem one: i feel like there used to be an on/off ignition on the bike somewhere. but its deffinately gone. i think ive found the plug where it used to be and its labled "rower lock". Is there any possible way i can just override the switch there without spending any money for the time being? i just want to be able to put around the hood and find out whether or not its going to be worth putting more work into.

thats the "rower lock" wires. ill take a better picture tomorow if someone is willing to help.

problem 2: There is a yellow and green wire that comes out of the relay and is just cut about 5 inches down the line. i have no idea where it goes. i think its the low current power for the relay but i cant figure it out exactly where the power is supposed to be coming from. I may be totally wrong about the low current power thing.

get a picture up soon

on top of all this the bike is a couple years old and the guy that owned it previously wasnt very interested in making his work tidy. a lot of the labels on the plugs are gone/unreadable.
