Default Finding a sprocket???

I am converting my electric pocket bike to a gas one. I am having trouble finding a sprocket to fit my axle. I have been looking for days. I need a sprocket that has a 2-1/8" inside diameter for a #35 chain. Please help. What can I do?

You best bet would be to ditch the #35 chain. Every minimoto uses a #25 chain, so parts are readily available. If you want to keep the #35, you will need a pinion and sprocket. What kind of engine are you using?

I am using a 50cc engine. If i kept the $25 chain, how would I figure out the engine sprocket size? Its got this like star nut to take it off.

change the clutch drum , so it accepts the right size pinion , and change rear sprocket . then you able to go the a 25 H chain . I have used DID 25 chain , not the DID 25H which i should have and it rolled smooth , and never had any problems !
this is a great problem solver for your self , you will find it easier to find parts . start with a 6 tooth pinion and 68 sprocket ! this is an all around so so combo ( usually handed out stock ) depending on where you want your power , top end , low end, will be determined with the changing the different gearing combinations .
if you increase the number of teeth on your pinion , you will increase top end .
if you increase the number of teeth on your Sprockets , you will increase bottom end
if you minus a tooth on your pinion , you will gain bottom end
if you minus a tooth on your sprocket , you will gain top end
