Default ignition won't start

alright so I bought a Sunl x12 about 2 years back, rode it like 3 times until it stalled out from lack of gas, but when I put gas back in, it wouldn't start. nothing wouldn't even try to turn over. I pulled out the old Starter Solenoid, and bugged it with a electro-meter and there was nothing so I replaced it. Then I lost my keys for the ignition, so I had to buy the upgraded model from the x12 to the x15 which had some extra wires in which I don't have a place for. I got it all wired up and NOTHING. Power is running through it, because the horn works, but when I push the starter I get nothing, and so I tested the spark plug buy pulling out the wires and manually checking for a spark (against the engine) I was getting no spark. Could this be my Starter Motor which is bad? or the ignition button? help me I'm so frustrated. haha

issue 2 is my smaller pocket bike was running just fine, then i started hearing a clanking noise somewhere around my pull starter, so I shut off the engine, looked but didn't find anything. Started it, it kept clanking, then 1 bolt dropped out of nowhere and then a big clanking noise and the engine seized, then the starter wouldn't even turn. any thing on that?
