Does the tank leak? I don't really understand; where is the gas coming out?

Ok new problem. I thought the carb was leakin so i took off and cleaned it. Then the next day it still leaked so i took off the seat fairing and looked at the tank. No luck. So i lifted teh tank up and ran my fingers down the gasline hose line and my dual exaust pretty much melted half of the fuel filter. So its that now. Would you maybe please tell me how to take that off and replace it?

I hope you got a lesson, now make sure the fuel filter doesn't touch the exhaust. I used cable ties to keep mine away from the exhaust.
