I've had the same problem with the float getting stuck open a few times. The bike dropping thing hasnt worked yet dangit. maybe thats a good things since it is better to just clean the whole carb out.

New instruction manual for any newbs (including me ofcourse) should be to just take apart your carb and clean it a couple times.

Seems like a dirty carb accounts for 99% of problems with bikes not starting, etc.


This task seems a lot more daunting or you might be worried about losing a part or putting it back together improperly but really a donkey could take it apart and put it back together.
