| Hi I'm new here Be nice to me | its me again! Feel like a moron having to ask such simple quesions but I just want to be sure to do the job right.First, how is the correct way to tighten up the drive chain(is there a correct term for this part?)?.It is considerably loose from the day i got it.(GS-57b)Second,how do i find the electrical short? Is there a electronic device to make this easier?Last, any suggestions on how to make the headlight brighter or a better/brighter type bulb? The GS-57B has 2 seperate headlight bulbs. Thanks for helping me out, learning these things on your own can be very frustrating&time consuming. This site helps out alot! |

| Administrator Friends call me God ;) | You'll need to trace the short with a trouble light ($5-10) or a multimeter ($50-800). You will also need to have aa half decent knowledge of electricity before hand. If you don't know what you're doing I do not suggest you that you touch it. To tighten up the chain (if it's the same as a pocketbike) you will see two adjusters on each side of the back of the bike by the back tire. These basically look like a bolt with a nut on them. To adjust the tire to come backwards, turn each of them the SAME amount of turns. If it's not done the same your tire will not be straight and will cause a ton of problems such as breaking the chain to wanting to turn to increased tire wear. As for the headlight, you could always take it out and take it to your local auto parts store and see if they have something that will match. |

| Pocketbike Master | For the headlights you can actuly install LED's brigher, and save more power. but my question is...WHY. when will you be riding in then pitch black anyway:P ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You got to wire them parallel. if not it wont be any brighter then your current headlights. Hes got green. but the clear ones are pretty damn bright. |
