How does one pull out the centre of the clutch on a 49cc bike? I have taken off the 3 clutch shoes and their springs, but there is a rounded triangular plate that they were attached to that needs to come out too. Do i need to make a small puller, or is there a good technique someone can tell me?

it's best to use a puller so you don't destrot the crank

You can buy a puller from lots of places. In some cases you can even use a steering wheel puller available at your local parts store for under $20.

hey, i change my clutches all the time, and i use a flat head screw driver, and push it behind then pull back, then go all the way around, this should losen it!
