Opening up your reed cage area as big bone mentioned is an excellent idea as it is very restrictive. also getting rid of the sharp corners is a must...

Are you running a stock C1 cylinder? if so you have much more work to do than just case matching imo. The transfers close to the case are too small, as well as the boost up the back. open up those transfers and the rear boost then match to your case and you will significantly increase the overall performance of your bike.

I actually like this http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=40432 better than a dremel....whatever you do, do not use grinding stones that are generic, have you ever tried one and notice that they leave chuncks of aluminum in them? Well they are for non ferrus metals, and with aluminum they load up and can explode. I usually just go through a bunch of sanding drums, or do partial cuts on my mill then finish off with the rotary....
I'm impressed KOSDude, you Know your s***.........

thanks bro....

if i could figure out how to up load pics here i would show my crank stuffers that are being made right now...also over the next few weeks you will see new domes for C1s as well as for some of the euro head kits. I was appalled the first time I looked at my dome in my c1...not sure if it will happen this weekend or not have to finish up the stuffers first then go from there,,,

KOS go to www.pocketbikepics.com then upload your pic. as soon as admin (or for bigbone Admindude lol) approves your picture you can copy the UBB code. Then you make a post in here and paste that UBB code in that post then badda bing it's in here and we can all see your marvelous ride.

Default SleevesDude pay attn.

GilDude have finised yet. Meaning have you completed the Porting (for a lack of better words) Yet. Great, now its time time Mod that Pipe! YaFreak'inhoo........Dude try and keep up. Dude if you grew some Hair (twist of words...you Grow things for a living) like I suggested earlier, remove the parts that incase the Packing. remove the Packing material.
cut the Pipe at the first belley weld. Dude cut the Pipe at the first Belley weld and don't cry any tears...or cry me a river....just cut the Dang pipe at the first Belley weld.
remove all slage thats inside the Pipe, and reweld it to look like this one, I found on another site, yes I know.............it ain't my pipe but mine, that is this pipe will be here soon....cornfused yet?
now remove the stinger and clean all the slage from it too and reattach/weld on a new stinger with an id of (as close too as you can get) .575in or 14.5mm's. now thats gunna be a solid piece of tube approx 12" long
or approx. 305mm's remove the two pieces of your silencer and reweld them onto the new stinger with the end close to flush, leaving about 1/2in or 12.70mm of stinger from the end piece. Drill small 3/16 holes uniformly in the ceter area of the silencer and wrap that sucker as tight as to can, Dude I mean TIGHT! Tighter than a Frogs azz. Dude are you paying attn. 'cuze My Middle Finger is getting tired and soar from all this hunt'in and peck'in
