well yes and no...the timing diagram is not for a c1 configuration...but it can be used as a generic degree wheel. I sent you a pm on my site with a link that will help sort it all out...

yeah you are going to have to remove a lot of metal just to clean up that intake path...and that is before you even get to the ports...

is there a way to just load pics up to this site instead of loading them some place else first?

sleeves I sent you a pm on my site with a pic to make sure you dont miss anything

Default Hey

i feel left out. lol . i was not sure but when we looked at the intake path i was baffled by the amount of intrusion. the first pic shows the piston almost flush with the eport , so with the base you would be .20 below the eport.

Default hey

kos man

i was just kiidddding. thanks for your input and i think that everyone is learning off this. i was a little worried when we split the cases there kos . because i saw that large intrusion and i did not want to just throw it in the mill and giver. i need a little guidance and it is coming from you guys. kos or bb. if you go onto pocket bike pics and load the pics and edit them from hucksters album and point out the next step that would be great. pay attention newbies.now i can make plates and domes and what have you. i have a mill and lathe. takes 2 seconds to warm it up.

Default OMG I Love this Sport

Gil never fear your South of the Border BudDude is Here!
I'll Send You My Motor no problem....
only thing is I have "NOT" tuned the Carb as yet. It runs lean on the low speed, Rev's on Idle to about 5k. You'll need to adjust the "Air" screw and the "Idle" screw and find the right combo.(17.5 D'orto Carb) I've been working on My B-1 Blata for my next Race........
