frikin_bike!Dude you gotta keep all the springs close to the same . Meaning if you have any way to measure the distance between the springs and the adjusters. run all the allens down to measure the same distance (approx. 24mm) then test. But alot in tuning your clutch depends on your body weight and how or when you need the clutch to start to engage. I have to adj. my springs to my body weight of 220lbs. and start to engage at about 8,000 rpms with a full engagement at about 14,000 rpm. but start by measuring the springs at the same given point, reassemble and test. Then you can better read the clutch shoes wear. Then you can fine tune the clutch to freak'in pull power wheelies. Yeah now thats what I'm talking about. Lifting the front tire OMG Nurse!

power wheelies?? no thank you LOL i can hardly stay on it LOL i fell 3 times today and the last time i fell, i never got back on hard wear started falling off, oh wait i mean broke off... those cheap chinese pegs don't take much to break... so i think power wheelies are out of the question for me right now.. so which way makes the clutch engage sooner??

frikin_bike!Dude if you need to make the clutch come in sooner...loosen the tension on the springs. But I gotta feel'in it won't help.....You see, the clutch has to spin at a reasonably fast rpm to work properly. If you lossen the tension on the springs to much, you won't have enough power to reach any speed at all. But give it a go Mate. Tell me what happens when you do...Good Luck

READ THE MANUAL AND LOOK AT THE PICTURES TO SEE WHERE YOU MEASURE. THE SCREWS TO TIGHTEN THE CLUTCH SPRING WORK LIKE THIS.

LEFTY LOOSY(LOWER RPM ENGAGEMENT)

RIGHTY TIGHTY (HIGHER RPM ENGAGEMENT)
