Default New Walbro Carb Problem

OK i just installed a new walbro carb, black widow reeds, new vilocity stack, and a new air filter. I tried adjusting the two carb screws to hours and i tried everything possible. When i accelerate, just off the start, my engine goes to full rpm and then it just quits! I'v tried adjusting the carb loads of times and im sure i'v tried every possible way to adjust it. Can anyone tell me whats going wrong?

the carb came with jets but you need different sized ones. you can pick it up from huckster and sleeves, and you can do it yourself.

Sounds like too much fuel not enough air. Either adjust the carb accordingly or go to smaller jets.

What size of carb is this? Is it mostly a stock bike (other than the aforementioned parts)?

try 1.5 turns out on the low idle screw and 2 turns out on the high idle screw .......
this is a basic setting then go from there ,then i would adjust the high jet accordingly ! checking the plugthe whole time ! other wise give it a good cleaning !

the walbro carb i have is the WT-603. Why cant the jets that came in the carb be used? why get new ones? i still have my old carburetor and the old jets are probebly still in it.

Shawn is thinking that the jets are too large and are allowing too much fuel in. Moving down to a smaller jet will solve this.

Then you'd be looking at adding a blower. I don't think anyone has designed a blower for a pocketbike yet
