I put on a black widow triple stage reed today and I didn't notice anything that much of a difference....Is there a reason why?

what do u guys think of this?

http://cgi.ebay.ca/39CC-WATER-COOLED...QQcmdZViewItem

should i buy that and swap it into the cag. or upgrade the carb, reed, key, bore on teh oem 47cc cag motor? wat are the reliability on the 39cc motors? cuz the 47cc is CRAP every 2 weeks if i dont fire it up it wont start and i have to take it all apart and clean it. its a pain. also want best bang for the buck. dont want to spend $150 for all the parts for the cag if i can get equal or better performance from a $50 motor. any exp with these motors and thoughts plz? ty!
