Default clutch

my friends bike has a clutch problem it is always engaged any ideas on how to help?

he may need to tighten the spring nuts there too loose and it engages early

well the giovanni cutch doesnt have springs just bolts that tighten and loosen the clutch plates and they dont tighten so i guess hes f***ed

mabe his carb slide is not all the way down there for it is at a higher rpm and starts to engage

the clutch has 3 arms each attached to a bolt that cant be adjusted it was the factorys fault and they were goin to send him a new one but it never happened

it still isnt clear to me. the cag clutch with 3 pads is not adjustable. thats why a picture would help. even a pic off a web site of the type of clutch.
