In all my dealings with dealers this was probably the worst.

When we first decided to get into pocketbikes we picked Spence because he was close, and we wouldn't have to deal with customs.

We spoke to him a few times and he didn't want to give pricing. We finally ordered a bike from him at a discount, but not at dealer pricing which we never found out.

The bike that arrived was not what was shown on his site. What we received we nicknamed "ghetto bike". It was a cheap piece of garbage from newstar.

Spence said this was the "fastest pocketbike in Canada". We fired up the bike and were so disappointed. My lawnmower is faster.

The frame was crap and wasn't straight right from the factory, the fairing came broken and to his credit he did send us a new one.

We decided to look elsewhere for a quality bike and found one. We then decided to call Spence back and use him for parts orders. He neglected to respond to a number of emails and then finally answered one and was all pissed off at us for not buying his bikes.

He said he had no interest in selling anything to us, including parts and felt we betrayed him.

Avoid Spence and 2koolperformance if you want quality and decent pricing.

i have personlay dealt with 2kool in the past and its too bad that you have come up short with his rep..I have never had any real prob with him..He seems like and allaround decent guy but i dont know of your situation..i hope whatever caused the icecream to turn to s*** does not happen again..
sometimes a situation cant be fixed and just gets bad...
i am no expert but ..there are some realy good dealers out there and some realy realy lame ones..
usualy when you deal with the ones from forums like this (Rivercity-Vern)you dont have problems..
