| Pocketbike Freak | RiverCity Pocketbikes Chunky Meathookz! recently i asked Vern at Rivercity Pocketbikes to send me a set of pegs.. his new in house manufactured billet races pegs.. you might think i am kinda bias as i did not pay for them..but i did not keep them ! ok after opening them up ii i was amazed at how strong they felt for one thing..right off these are Sturdy and solid. now you kow the situation of pegs out there..there is not many.. these are great.. there was a new rider one the track and after watching him for awhile i suggested we try the pegs on his bike.. i had noticed that he seemed to have a hard time finding the right position and shape to hole his feet.. seemed always to be toe down when cornering.. and poor ankle position.. we installed the hooks.. um about 2 minutes later he was off....and we stood there in amazment as he was knee down and feet up out of the way ..right away his postion and turning was game.. simple how a set of pegs turned his riding experience into a racing experience.. the pegs are designed to hold your foot and keep it in postition so you can focus on other things..and dammit thats what they do.. great Job rivercity..... beats china crap hands down...engineered by pbike racer for pbike racers.. and thats the last time i saw the pegs... i think they are passing them around to try them out... Patrick sorry no pic.. |
