| Pocketbike Dealer | Below is a copy of the email that was sent to sales@motorxtremes.com just a minute ago. This has gone on long enough and by dodging my repeated requests for assistance I've just had enough and decided to make this issue public. I contacted you 4 times within two weeks and I never received a commercial invoice from you so the tires I ordered over a month ago have been sent back yet again. You shipped them origionally via fedex and they were returned. Then you shipped them via ups and they were returned again. I want the tires/rims that I ordered or a refund and an actual reply. Not an answering service when I call you. Not someone who doesn't know what I"m talking about when I do get a hold of someone. UPS held the shipment for a week and a half while I waited for an invoice from you and nothing was sent by email, or fax. It doesn't matter to me how the product is shipped, but you have to state their proper country of origin (not the US, canada customs knows they weren't made in the us) and a value which is $*** for the 5 sets of tires/rims. Thank You Bruce info {at} custompocketbike.ca |

| Administrator Friends call me God ;) | Followup Feb 28 2006 Received a call from UPS today. After repeated attempts by them to contact Motorxtremes and not being able to receive a response in regards to returning the shipment they are abandoning the package to Canada Customs. I don't know what's wrong with these people, but before you deal with Micah think again, this could be happening to you. |

| Pocketbike Dealer | Followup April 9 2006 On friday (apr 8) I was finally able to clear this shipment through Canada customs. I had to go to the customs office and show proof of payment and they accepted what I had fortunately. I also had to correct them as to the country of origin and when I said China they didn't have an issue. I suspect chinese goods of this type have the same or higher duty rates than other countries. The entire payment of course included shipping, but I wasn't going to fight anymore and paid duty and taxes on the whole amount. I had no proof as to how much the shipping cost me so this was much easier. It might have cost me maybe $10 extra. This thread should serve as notice to many people about this company and also the difficulties of bringing bikes or parts across the border. If your shipper isn't willing to work with you, you can get yourself into this nightmare as well. Buy Canadian if you're Canadian. Let the dealers deal with this crap and all you have to worry about is getting your product. You might save a few bucks by buying from the US, but you could get screwed at the border. note - All of the front rims which were supposed to be complete arrived without bearings and I assume without the bearing spacer. This will add some costs to go along with the headaches. Payment sent Dec 20 2005 via FedEx overnight Payment was received Dec 21 Shipment finally in my hands on April 8 2006 |

| Hi I'm new here Be nice to me | Sorry to open an old post but people need to know what a crappy company they continue to be. I myself was burnt this year by Motorxtremes. But dont take my word for it just look at their return policy. They want you to be happy but are going to do nothing to see to it that you are. If theres a problem with your order and things are messed in order to cancel the order you must pay to send it back and your charged a 15% (although on the phone they told me 20%) restocking fee. Also check out the Oklahoma City BBB "Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record of complaints, with the Bureau due to failure to respond to one or more complaints and or two or more otherwise unresolved complaints." http://data.oklahomacity.bbb.org/com...105&language=1 They do have cheap prices so if you feel you must buy from them I suggest buying from EBAY. This must be their bread and butter because it seems they greatly fear bad feedback. |
